The SK screw element is commonly employed in the blanking and side feeding sections to enhance storage capacity, thereby preventing pressure build-up in these areas. This element features a large lead and a milled arc curve on the thrust surface (akin to the thrust surface of a single screw), allowing for an increased free volume in the twin-screw feeding section. This design facilitates the efficient feeding of powders and granules, particularly those with lower bulk densities. Additionally, in the side feeding or natural exhaust sections, the SK screw element promotes the re-expansion of compressed materials, mitigating the tendency for localized backflow.

Their finishing process is carried out before heat treatment, and the deformation after heat treatment is not controlled, so their accuracy is not easy to control. But our finishing process is carried out after heat treatment, which can eliminate the deformation of parts in heat treatment, so the precision is higher, and thus can achieve zero seam connection.
